With a degree from AMDA and the New School University, Alisa’s musical roots run deep. She’s been belting out tunes since childhood, performing in prestigious choirs like the Borough Wide Choir at Carnegie Hall (at just 12 years old!) and local gospel choirs throughout Queens and Manhattan.
But Alisa’s not just about sweet harmonies – she’s also got a rebellious streak, having played in numerous punk bands across the New York City area. And, in a nod to Old Hollywood glamour, she’s even channeled Marilyn Monroe in the Rat Pack for live performances.
Currently, Alisa’s cooking up her next album, “AK 37” – an eclectic alternative record that promises to showcase her incredible vocal range and style. With past appearances on American Idol (Season 2), TV shows like Russian Doll and Elementary, and films like Hustlers and John Wick, Alisa’s ready to take the music world by storm.
